• The planning and scheduling for training schedule to deliver curriculum with the required timeframe.
• Responsible for the planning and implementing of the induction/orientation program for the Learners/Interns.
• Ensuring that the facilitators/assessors assess learners using prescribed assessment tools and instruments to prove competency.
PROJECT STRATEGIES
• Ensuring that the facilitators/assessors provide the necessary feedback to the learners for them to become “Competent”
• Ensuring that the learners/interns do weekly formative assessments and that they get results and feedback according to the assessment policy.
• Liaising with stakeholders regarding stipends for interns.
• Liaising with various workplace providers on where interns would be allocated after the completion of the training.
MONITORING & REPORTING
• Creating and setting up of site visits to various workplace providers to provide feedback to all stakeholders.
• Liaising with the MICT Seta with regards to quarterly deliverables as per the SLA.
• Providing Monthly Quality Control Reports for all stakeholders.
• Managing the Project administrator with regards to Learners/interns attendance.

• Produce knowledgeable and competent employees who require less supervision
• Help industry to become competitive in the global market
Accreditation Registration
• Unit standards and/or qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
• The curriculum design, content and learning materials is aligned to the unit standards and/or qualifications.
• There are suitably qualified facilitators and registered assessors.
•The assessment methods and tools used to measure the requirements for the unit standard and/or qualification are are used to enhance learning in a fair, valid and reliable process.
